These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Hipliz AI (the "Service"), operated by Hipliz Technologies ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Hipliz AI lets you create a custom AI chat assistant trained on information you provide (your website, uploaded documents, or written notes), and share it via an embeddable widget, a direct link, a WordPress plugin, or connected messaging channels.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of the content you provide to build your assistant (website text, uploaded files, written notes, custom instructions). You're responsible for making sure you have the right to use that content, and for what your assistant is instructed to do or say.
You agree not to use Hipliz AI to create an assistant that:
We reserve the right to suspend or remove any assistant that violates these Terms.
Your assistant's replies are generated by an AI model and are based on the content you provide. AI-generated responses can occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date, even when instructed to only use your knowledge base. You're responsible for reviewing how your assistant responds and for correcting or supplementing its knowledge base as needed. Hipliz AI is provided "as is" without a guarantee that every response will be accurate.
Hipliz AI is currently free to use. We may introduce paid plans or usage limits in the future; if we do, we'll give existing users reasonable notice before any change affects them.
Hipliz AI relies on third-party AI providers (such as Google's Gemini API) to generate responses. Messages sent to your assistant are processed by these providers in order to generate a reply. Your use of the Service is also subject to the acceptable use policies of these underlying providers.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or discontinue the Service (or parts of it) with reasonable notice where possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hipliz Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages resulting from inaccurate AI-generated responses, service interruptions, or data loss.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
